Born and raised in Los Angeles, Kanin Guntzelman has been enamored with moving pictures since he was a child, making monster movies with Handycams and dinosaur toys.
His love for visual storytelling has led him on a lifelong journey dedicated to the craft of filmmaking; exploring the human condition in pursuit of meaning and contemplation. Each film serves as an opportunity to reverberate the trials and tribulations of mankind allowing audiences to truly connect with the work and see themselves in those stories.
